Niseko - Famous for it powder, but the big secret is the food.

The Niseko ski area is in fact four separate ski villages, Hanazono, Hirafu, the main village and growth area at the moment, Higashiyama and An'napuri., all spread around the base of a 1308  metres  mountain the offers over 870 hectares of skiable terrain, 47 km of groomed slopes and up to 15 metres of snow per season.

The resort caters for all standards of skiing, from the beginners to those who want to go back country in the deepest powder imaginable.

There is a massive range of accommodation to suit all budgets and lift passes at about $57.00 per day. The range of Japanese food is stunning and almost better than the skiing.

Property.

The Niseko property market has been hot now for 3-4 years and development continues unabated.  The large number of Australians have purchased in the region and growth is predicted to continue with more interest from nearby Asian markets both in terms of property sales and visitation. The next area to experience high demand is predicted to Hanazono and Higashiyama where prices at present offer good value.
